Payroll Delivery Analyst
Strada
• Making sure that our clients’ employees get their monthly salaries accurately and on time • Inputting data into the system, validating and performing calculations • Processing statutory documentation • Running payroll processes and answering employees’ queries via email or telephone • Preparing reports, reconciling and making payments • Testing payroll system functionalities • Supporting less experienced colleagues by checking files and reports in line with SOPs and agreed deadlines • Highlighting risks and errors to relevant parties as soon as possible, following risk management processes • Highlighting areas of improvement in the team to increase effectiveness • Building strong relationships with client teams, client representatives and third-party providers • Contributing to the team as a whole, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs
Job Requirements
- Very good English – C1 minimum
- 2-4 years of experience in UK Payroll or Finance
- Knowledge of UK legislation
- SAP HR knowledge would be an asset
- Customer service skills and experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate end-to-end processing of multi-state payrolls • Process hourly and salary payroll in accordance with established guidelines • Collect, audit, and input time and attendance data • Support the corporate timekeeping system (UKG Dimensions) • Maintain payroll records • Ensure the accurate calculation and withholding of payroll deductions • Audit and review payroll information for completeness and accuracy • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding pay calculations • Maintain, process, and respond to garnishments and income assignments • Assist with the development and documentation of payroll procedures and recommend improvements • Support data entry, data validation, and maintenance of Human Resources, Payroll, and Timekeeping systems • Generate ad hoc payroll reports and respond to data requests.
