• Keep requirements clear, gather them, write them down, and keep them current • Run the cadence: planning, standups, reviews, retros on a four-week cycle • Remove blockers and manage risks • Own the day-to-day business relationship on the pod's engagements • Keep executives informed on what has been delivered

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years in business analysis, delivery, or agile project management
  • 1 to 2 years leading
  • Strong Scrum and facilitation
  • A strong communicator, credible with executives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Certifications: CSM or PSM, PMP, CBAP (BABOK), or SAFe
