Coordinator, Inventory Support – Club Operations
Travel + Leisure Co.
• Supports the Inventory Swap process for Resort Optimization Operations by preparing timeshare contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements. • Involves verifying, reviewing, validating, and auditing contractual documents. • Coordinating backend processes and ensuring accurate documentation. • Responsible for auditing all contract requests for accuracy and ensuring clear deed transfers are completed. • Requires close collaboration with multiple departments to fulfill contractual obligations. • Complete contract generation duties (55% time). • Complete administrative processes in order to support Swap Specialists (35% time). • Coordinate intake processes for all inputs and case management (5% time). • Performs other duties as needed (5% time).
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work in stressful situations.
- Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in an acceptable manner.
- Ability to positively interact with others.
- Wyndham Contracts Standards knowledge preferred.
- Wyndham Club and Loan Product knowledge preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in T+L operating systems including OFSLL, Client Application, Wyndham Owner Worksheet, Sale Point, Salesforce/Journey, Payment Gateway preferred.
- Contract processing preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
