Role Description - Vous contrôlez la conformité de la paie du mois avant validation pour les DRH des filiales. - Vous vous assurez de la conformité du travail réalisé par le maître d'œuvre par rapport au cahier des charges initial. - Vous réalisez expressions de besoins, recette et déploiement des évolutions. - Vous accompagnez les filiales dans leur pilotage RH au quotidien et pilotez la déclinaison opérationnelle des accords d’entreprise. - Vous analysez la performance des processus en GAP et proposez des simplifications. - Vous assurez une veille légale et règlementaire sur le domaine. Qualifications - Vous avez pratiqué la paie, mieux, vous savez recalculer un bulletin. - Vous avez une expérience réjouissante dans le domaine du SIRH. - Vous avez le sens du client, vous aimez travailler dans un domaine à forte évolution. - Vous conciliez autonomie et travail en équipe. - Méthode et rigueur sont vos points forts. - Déterminé.e, vous êtes force de proposition et vous savez gérer les priorités. - Vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent d’adapter votre communication à vos interlocuteurs. - La connaissance d’HR Access est un plus. Requirements - Une expérience confirmée de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la paie. - Vous connaissez sur le bout des doigts : le calcul et l'établissement d'un bulletin de paie, les processus de déclaration vers les organismes sociaux. - Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques : Excel ? C'est votre meilleur ami. Job Responsibilities - Making sure that our clients’ employees get their monthly salaries accurately and on time. - Inputting data into the system, validating and performing calculations. - Processing statutory documentation. - Running payroll processes and answering employees’ queries via email or telephone. - Preparing reports, reconciling and making payments. - Testing payroll system functionalities. - Supporting less experienced colleagues by checking files and reports in line with SOPs and agreed deadlines. - Highlighting risks and errors to relevant parties as soon as possible, following risk management processes. - Highlighting areas of improvement in the team to increase effectiveness. - Building strong relationships with client teams, client representatives, and third-party providers. - Contributing to the team as a whole, supporting the rest of the team based on their needs.
