• Support Payroll(s) so they are delivered as per the agreed processing calendar(s) and to the agreed KPIs • Use Payroll expertise to advise upon client queries/issues and ensure a good understanding of country specific legislation and tasks • Ensure Data Management is performed accurately and on time • Ensure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard • Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps/inconsistencies in the documentation • Support the updating of DWIs • Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service Manager • Build good relationships with all lines of businesses where appropriate
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment
- Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment

Role Description This role focuses on leading and supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and ongoing optimization for Payroll and Benefits. The Payroll & Benefits Subject Matter Expert (SME) ensures seamless integration between Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Accounting functions so that payroll is processed accurately, benefits are administered correctly, and financial reporting remains consistent and reliable across the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The position offers flexible, hybrid, or remote work options and can be structured as contract, contract-to-hire, or direct hire, depending on client needs.
