• Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned countries from payroll preparation through payroll completion and post-payroll reconciliation to ensure payroll accuracy. • Collect, and process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, commissions, absences, and final settlements. • Coordinate with external payroll vendors and EOR providers, review payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and approve payroll for processing payments. • Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, social security, and employment legislation in AU, GB, and DE. • Maintain payroll data accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle. • Serve as the payroll contact for employees. • Prepare payroll reports, reflect in accounting software, maintain payroll documentation and ensure audit readiness and participation. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll and working with external payroll vendors and/or EOR providers.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll controls, and gross-to-net calculations.
- Knowledge of working with BAS ERP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation in Australia, Germany, and/or the UK is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills and fluent English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and take ownership of assigned payrolls.
