Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung für den sicheren Betrieb unserer zentralen SAP HCM Payroll-Landschaft geno.HR und stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team den reibungslosen Systemalltag sicher. - Application Management: Für über 600 Kunden, 3.000 Personaler und 150.000 Endanwender erarbeitest du in unserem einheitlichen SAP HCM-System geno.HR digitale Lösungen im Bereich Payroll, die überzeugen. - 2nd-Level-Support: Du unterstützt im Second-Level-Support bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung und stimmst dich bei fachlichen Themen eng mit weiteren Teammitgliedern ab. - Systembetrieb & Weiterentwicklung: Zusammen mit deinem Team stellst du den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer SAP HCM PA/PY-Kundensuite sicher und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter. - Release- & Patchmanagement: Du arbeitest in Projekten zur Umsetzung von Neuerungen und Patches mit. - Prozessoptimierung Payroll: Für unsere sehr umfangreiche und einheitliche SAP HCM-Landschaft analysierst und überarbeitest du bestehende zentrale SAP HCM PA/PY-Prozesse im Hinblick auf Effizienzsteigerung und höheren Kundennutzen. - Technische Beratung & Systembetreuung: Du unterstützt auch bei technischen Themen im SAP-Betrieb und steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellenpartnern. Qualifications - Ein abgeschlossenes informationstechnisches Studium oder eine Ausbildung oder vergleichbar bilden deine berufliche Grundlage. - Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung als Berater im SAP HCM PA/PY-Umfeld. - Kenntnisse in Payroll-Prozessen. - Idealerweise Kenntnisse in grundlegenden SAP Basis Themen wie z. B. Role Description The Oxford International Digital Institute (OIDI) delivers university partnership programmes designed to support student progression to undergraduate and postgraduate study at UK universities. All programmes are informed by task-based learning, communities of practice, and contemporary digital pedagogies to foster active, collaborative, and inclusive learning environments. OIDI currently offers a range of Level 3, Level 4 and Level 6 programmes, including: - Level 3 Online International Foundation Programmes (OIFP) in Business and Computer Science - Level 4 International Year One programme (IY1 in Business and Computer Science) - Level 6 Online Pre-Master’s in business & management and computer science Programmes are delivered fully online via Moodle, supported by digital tools such as MS Teams, H5P and live synchronous teaching delivered through Zoom. Successful students’ progress to undergraduate or postgraduate study at partner UK universities. The post holder will contribute to the design, delivery, assessment and enhancement of modules within their subject specialism.
