Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager in Mexico to lead our growth and partnerships strategy in the region, promoting and selling OIDI's product suite (Oxford ELLT, Spotlight, Pre-Sessional English, GE, Business English, Foundation/Year 1, Pre-Masters among others). This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with education agents, consultants, schools, and B2B partners, primarily in Mexico, with potential support across Colombia and other key Latin American markets. This is a remote role for a candidate based in Mexico. You will possess a strong network in the education industry, particularly in international student recruitment, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and execute regional strategic plans to achieve sales targets for OIDI's product suite and expand our agent network in Latin America. - Manage and nurture relationships with existing agents, ensuring their ongoing engagement and success. - Identify and onboard new agency partners, delivering training and sales enablement support. - Drive sales of OIDI’s product suite through educational agent channels, as well as identifying other sales opportunities through other channels (local schools, universities, teacher associations, etc.). - Represent OIDI at industry events, fairs, and conferences to promote our offerings and build brand awareness. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor marketing materials and campaigns for the Latin American market. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and agent interactions in the CRM system. - Report on KPIs and pipeline forecasts to senior leadership. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. - Significant experience in sales, preferably within the education sector. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of international student recruitment processes. - Strong network of educational agents within Latin America. - Strong connections with local schools and government bodies in Latam is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English and Spanish. - Ability to travel within the region as required. - Based in Mexico and legally authorised to work. Role Description This is an important time for Oxford International Education Group (OIEG) following our successful registration with Office for Students (OfS). We are seeking a Statutory Returns Specialist with strong experience in HESA statutory returns to support delivery during this critical set-up period. - Designing and implementing efficient business processes. - Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of HESA returns. - Managing data validations. - Supporting the validation and testing of any system or solution built to support statutory returns ahead of live submission. - Bringing practical HESA expertise into the organisation to set up Student reporting as part of a dedicated project. - Working across Quality, Data, Technology and Enrolment teams to establish data definitions, collection points, mapping rules and validation approach needed for the first return. - Supporting clear documentation, practical knowledge share and broader readiness for future statutory returns. Qualifications - Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Requirements - Proven experience delivering HESA statutory returns with a UK education provider. - Experience across the full return lifecycle, including preparation, validation, correction cycles and submission support. - Strong working knowledge of HESA schema and validation rules, including experience resolving mapping or data issues with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with HE enrolment or data collection processes in a regulatory context. - Experience of working with internal technical teams or third-party vendors to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions. - Experience of other statutory or regulatory returns in a higher education context (e.g. HESA Staff return, HESES, Discover Uni, Aggregate Offshore). - Strong Excel and data analysis capability, including confidence working with large datasets, exceptions and reconciliations. - Ability to translate HESA requirements into practical business rules, data definitions and process steps. - Ability to support validation and testing of systems or solutions used to underpin statutory returns. - Working knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, SQL or similar tools would be beneficial, but is secondary to direct HESA lifecycle experience. - Strong organisation, judgement and problem-solving in a data-related context, including prioritisation, fixed deadlines and knowing when to escalate. - Understanding of GDPR, Equality Act and other legislation relevant to education. Role Description The Oxford International Digital Institute (OIDI) delivers university partnership programmes designed to support student progression to undergraduate and postgraduate study at UK universities. All programmes are informed by task-based learning, communities of practice, and contemporary digital pedagogies to foster active, collaborative, and inclusive learning environments. OIDI currently offers a range of Level 3, Level 4 and Level 6 programmes, including: - Level 3 Online International Foundation Programmes (OIFP) in Business and Computer Science - Level 4 International Year One programme (IY1 in Business and Computer Science) - Level 6 Online Pre-Master’s in business & management and computer science Programmes are delivered fully online via Moodle, supported by digital tools such as MS Teams, H5P and live synchronous teaching delivered through Zoom. Successful students’ progress to undergraduate or postgraduate study at partner UK universities. The post holder will contribute to the design, delivery, assessment and enhancement of modules within their subject specialism. In line with standard academic practice, tutors will be expected to: - Prepare and deliver teaching sessions - Develop learning resources - Assess student work - Provide timely and developmental feedback - Support student engagement and progression Teaching and academic responsibilities include: - Delivery of scheduled live online teaching sessions - Facilitation of asynchronous learning activities within Moodle - Assessment, marking and feedback in accordance with academic regulations and assessment criteria - Development and enhancement of module learning materials and teaching resources - Academic guidance and pastoral-style support appropriate to online provision For established programmes, core learning materials and activities are in place. The successful candidate will be an experienced subject specialist, ideally with experience in online and blended learning environments, and will demonstrate a reflective, scholarly approach to teaching, a commitment to student-centred learning, and enthusiasm for digital innovation in higher education. Working hours: The post is fixed-term (12 months) full-time (40 hours per week). Due to the international nature of OIDI programmes and delivery across multiple time zones, flexibility in working patterns is required. Teaching may be scheduled during early morning hours (from 08:00 UK time) to accommodate students based in overseas regions. Appropriate breaks, including a lunch period, will be taken within the working day. However, post holders are expected to remain available during core working hours to support academic delivery, student needs and operational continuity, including provision of emergency teaching cover where required.
