Desde ISPROX, seleccionamos para nuestro cliente, una reconocida empresa referente internacional en la ejecución de proyectos logísticos gracias a su compromiso con la más alta calidad. Actualmente buscamos un Site Manager que se encargará de: - Redactar informes diarios sobre el avance y puntos críticos del proyecto para anticipar soluciones efectivas. - Gestionar el material necesario para cumplir con el plan de montaje establecido. - Controlar el cumplimiento de las normas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en obra. - Asistir a reuniones coordinadas con clientes cuando sea requerido. - Realizar mediciones precisas para poner en marcha cada fase del proyecto. - Fomentar un ambiente laboral positivo y mantener un espíritu colaborativo entre los miembros del equipo. - Verificar que todos los recursos asignados al sitio sean adecuados y suficientes para llevar adelante las tareas programadas. - Asegurar que todas las actividades se realicen siguiendo los estándares más altos de calidad impuestos por nuestra organización. Como parte integral del equipo, el/la Site Manager será responsable de redactar informes diarios sobre el progreso de las actividades en obra, gestionar el material necesario para cumplir con los planes de montaje establecidos y asegurar que todas las actividades se realicen conforme a los estándares más altos de calidad. Qualifications - Disponibilidad total para viajar (Europa, Oceanía, USA, LATAM) durante 11 meses. - Experiencia previa en un puesto similar será valorada positivamente. - Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés. - Se valorará Formación Académica: CFGS en Topografía, Edificación y Obra Civil o Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Civil. Requirements - Redactar informes diarios sobre el progreso de las actividades de obra analizando los puntos críticos del proyecto para una correcta solución anticipada. - Gestionar el material necesario para cumplir adecuadamente con los plazos establecidos en el planning de montaje. - Controlar que se cumplan las normas de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en obra. - Asistir a reuniones coordinadas con el cliente cuando sea requerido. Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with MSP or IT industry experience to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple projects across the business. This role requires a proactive and highly organised individual who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensure projects remain on track in terms of scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
