We're looking for a Payments Implementation Manager to work on high-impact payments initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers. What you'll be doing: - Acting as the primary point of contact for Fedwire and the US payments ecosystem - Owning the development, governance, and performance of US payment capabilities and infrastructure - Building relationships with the Federal Reserve, payment systems, banking partners, and industry stakeholders - Translating regulatory and market requirements into product, operational, and technical solutions - Partnering with Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Operations teams to scale and enhance US payment services Qualifications - 4+ years of experience owning or managing Fedwire, wire, treasury services, or US payment products within a fintech or bank - A solid understanding of Fedwire and the US payments ecosystem - Experience interacting with the Federal Reserve, payment systems, correspondent banks, or industry bodies - Expertise in delivering payment product enhancements, implementations, or infrastructure changes - In-depth knowledge of payments regulation, operational risk, and scheme governance Requirements - Compensation range: US: $156,750 - $165,000 gross annually* - Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process - *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience Benefits - In 2021, we launched our inaugural D&I Framework, designed to help us thrive and grow every day - We encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join this multicultural, hard-working team Important notice for candidates: - Job scams are on the rise.
