Role Description We are hiring an Associate Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across the United States. You'll be at the center of recruiting and logistics, working closely with stakeholders and candidates to deliver an outstanding intern recruiting experience for 30-40 interns each summer, spanning 4-5 diverse business lines. You'll own the end-to-end process—from candidate sourcing and job fair planning to interview coordination and onboarding. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle in collaboration with cross-functional partners and external sources. - Coordinate all aspects of the Internship Program's recruitment process (approximately 30-40 interns/summer, across multiple business lines) - Own full-cycle recruiting: conducting intake, posting, pre-screening, and onboarding - Plan job fairs and campus events in support of intern hiring, representing our employer brand and mission - Partner with business leaders on workforce needs, candidate pipelines, and selection processes - Manage logistics, communications, and scheduling for interviews and onboarding - Collaborate on process improvements to deliver the best candidate and stakeholder experience Qualifications - 2+ years of recruitment experience (end-to-end) - Proven experience managing or supporting high-volume internship programs, ideally within a large or matrixed organization - Strong communication skills—verbal and written—to connect with candidates, managers, and cross-functional teams - Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to adapt, pivot, and move comfortably between recruiting tasks and program coordination - Previous experience coordinating recruiting events, job fairs, or early career programs (preferred) Requirements - Base pay range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
