Adobe Analytics Implementation Consultant, CJA/AA

Main Digital

• Configure and implement Medallia’s customer experience platform based on client requirements. • Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics tracking across digital platforms; define tagging plans and data layer requirements • Configure and support CJA reporting structures and enable cross-journey analysis (as applicable) • Deploy/operate Medallia DXA instrumentation and integrate findings into the measurement approach • Perform QA and debugging to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability (pre/post release validation) • Build dashboards and standardized reporting outputs; partner with stakeholders to refine KPIs and definitions • Create documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions for client teams (runbooks, standards, governance) • Collaborate with privacy/security stakeholders to support compliant data capture and retention

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on digital analytics implementation experience (web/app preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics (Workspace/Report Builder, segmentation, attribution concepts)
  • Experience with Adobe CJA concepts such as data views/connections and cross-channel measurement (preferred)
  • Tagging and implementation experience (e.g., tag management, JavaScript, data layers, debugging)
  • Familiarity with Medallia DXA deployment and/or configuring digital experience signals and dashboards
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (tag validation, data discrepancies, release coordination)
  • Ability to document solutions clearly (implementation specs, QA checklists, runbooks)
