• Continuously optimize the recruitment process, bringing greater objectivity, clarity, methods and techniques to hiring. • Build and maintain an active talent pool, with a preventive focus on entry-level roles and critical positions. • Review and structure onboarding and offboarding cycles as true employee journeys. • Diagnose and conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) across the companys various areas. • Design and implement training and development pathways (technical and behavioral) aligned with business strategy. • Closely monitor the effectiveness and impact of training tracks within operations.

Job Requirements

  • Broad/generalist experience in Human and Organizational Development (DHO).
  • Practical experience delivering training and development programs.
  • Experience leading, structuring and designing selection/recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record designing processes focused on continuous improvement.
  • Systems thinking: ability to see the big picture and connect DHO actions to business objectives.
  • Strong orientation to structure: values documentation, systematization and governance of processes.
  • Autonomy and proactivity: anticipates needs and proposes solutions.
  • Assertive and didactic communication: ease in transferring knowledge and engaging the team.
  • Affinity with technology: ease adopting new tools and automations in day-to-day work.
  • Experience structuring Corporate Universities or robust training pipelines.
  • Proficiency with ATS, LMS or HRIS tools.
