• Own one or two complex enterprise products end-to-end in a regulated banking environment • Work with stakeholders from Business, Engineering, and Compliance to translate requirements into clear product decisions • Structure backlogs, prioritize decisively, and manage cross-team dependencies • Operate outside classical Scrum — strategic Product Management, not sprint-level PO work • Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst
- Proven ownership of at least two products end-to-end
- Structured thinker: able to break down requirements, set priorities, and communicate clearly at all levels
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Professional proficiency in English
- Nice-to-have: experience in banking, fintech, or other highly regulated environments (BaFin, EBA, DORA)
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and the Atlassian toolstack
- German language skills are a plus
- Relevant certifications (PSPO, CPPM, or equivalent)
