• Own one or two complex enterprise products end-to-end in a regulated banking environment • Work with stakeholders from Business, Engineering, and Compliance to translate requirements into clear product decisions • Structure backlogs, prioritize decisively, and manage cross-team dependencies • Operate outside classical Scrum — strategic Product Management, not sprint-level PO work • Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders

• Lead the build-out and modernization of the QA strategy at Deutsche Bank • Design and scale automated test frameworks — from unit to end-to-end tests • Move teams away from manual Excel-based testing toward specialized tooling (Allure, Tricentis, Xray) • Drive adoption of Cucumber + Java/JS for behavior-driven testing • Act as technical lead: coach teams, set standards, secure management buy-in • Collaborate with Release Management, DevOps, and Product

• Support clients in establishing agile and collaborative working practices and advise them on the right Atlassian products for their collaboration and work processes. • Analyse and specify business requirements, processes and concepts and create solution designs. • Build collaborative intranets based on Confluence (e.g., digital workplaces). • Configure workflows in Jira to digitise and automate business processes. • Manage projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend Atlassian tools with apps and macros.
