• Identify high-quality leads against detailed ICPs, using LinkedIn, Google, Crunchbase, and any source that gets the job done; • Validate and enrich lead data - emails, titles, referrals - with Apollo, PhantomBuster, and Google Sheets, keeping every list clean and accurate; • Own research delivery across multiple concurrent projects, working toward a running monthly quota; • Study each client's product, industry, and ideal buyer well enough to explain why a given lead does or doesn't fit; • Flag targeting or data-quality issues early, with clear, constructive feedback for your AM/SDR and the client; • Deliver clean weekly and monthly reports, and keep every deadline visible to your team.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation research;
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, written and spoken;
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, browser research extensions, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
- Ownership of your process - you can walk through your research approach without being asked;
- A critical eye - you give realistic, constructive feedback, and take it just as well, treating coaching as fuel, not friction;
- Comfort managing multiple research streams and client projects at once without losing accuracy or dropping details;
- Genuine curiosity about who the "right" buyer is for each client, not just chasing a checklist;
- A fast, adaptive mindset - you learn on the move, adjust when priorities shift, and don't wait to be told twice.

As a consultant Psychologist, your work will involve evaluating patient’s progress in treatment and identifying factors that may preclude patients from conditional release.
