- How You'll Contribute:
- As the Director of Marketing for a startup, you will wear multiple hats as we scale. You’ll get to run demand generation, growth marketing, brand marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, field marketing, and you’ll be the core backbone of our product-led / land & expand growth motion.
- You’ll use OKRs to stay focused, align your team, and prioritize what’s going to move the needle.
- You’ll work with our sales, product, design & eng teams to develop a product-led flywheel.
- You’ll use data-driven strategies to measure adoption of our PQLs while developing inventive and engaging marketing campaigns that reduce our CAC.
- You’ll have the room to fail-forward and experiment to establish new growth channels.
- You’ll wake up a historically snoozy space with a refined voice and message centered around our customer’s experienced value.
- You’ll be making a significant difference to current & future customers who’ll leverage V-Comply.
- We have a global customer base, and physical office locations in the Bay Area, and India. We’re remote first and have team members spread along the west coast.
