Marketing Director
Presence
• Support the development of annual marketing strategy and planning process: identify growth opportunities, build strategic campaign plans, and oversee execution across channels (paid and owned). • Drive campaign planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across Marketing, Revenue, and Product. • Guide customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve engagement, measurement, and growth of core customer segments. • Own reporting and measurement across pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact, with clear visibility for Marketing and Revenue leadership. • Use dashboards and performance insights to continuously optimize campaigns and channel performance. • Remain hands-on with platforms and reporting to ensure fast, high-quality execution and accountability. • Manage external vendors and media partners to deliver brand and performance marketing goals. • Lead, develop, and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear priorities, coaching for growth, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. • This person will travel approximately 20% of the time.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on revenue or growth marketing.
- Proven experience leading multi-channel teams and managing external agencies.
- Deep experience with lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation, Salesforce, WordPress or similar CMP, Looker and Google Analytics.
