• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate month-end close, variance explanations, and reconciliations. • Drive monthly business-facing financial reporting including but not limited to: key KPI tracking, performance vs plan analyses & sensitivity analyses. • Build and maintain a suite of short- and long-range financial models (P&L, rolling cash forecast). • Maintain rolling forecasts and drive regular scenario modeling to stress-test assumptions. • Drive the annual budgeting process & ongoing budget review conversations, collaborating with cross-functional leaders. • Serve as the finance counterpart bringing a deep understanding of inventory economics including COGS analysis. • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to forecast cost trends and impact analyses. • Understand and model omnichannel cash flow dynamics. • Support capital strategy including debt and equity management, capital allocation, and reporting to investors. • Present insights and forecasts to senior leadership & external audiences.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for all materials, ensuring alignment with company goals for quality, sustainability, and cost efficiency. • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting thorough assessments of their capabilities, quality standards, and sustainability practices. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal value while maintaining quality and supply chain resilience. • Monitor supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and compliance with contractual agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all sourced ingredients and packaging materials meet regulatory requirements and company standards for quality and safety.
