• Identify opportunities to develop and execute consultative sales strategies that will maximize market penetration and increase buyer loyalty across stated segmentation. • Maintain advisors in their assigned territory focusing on the service and growth of these long-term relationships. • Utilize technology and data effectively while adhering to TIM best practices. • Apply proficient and thorough use of CRM systems to manage territory activity, track advisor interactions, and support effective sales execution; leverage Salesforce when applicable. • Partner respectfully and collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and other cross-functional partners, to ensure alignment with business strategy, capitalize on opportunities, and address specific challenges. • Promote strong collaboration across the organization, maximizing synergies within other channels of distribution. • Work closely with the corresponding Advisor Solutions Investment Consultant to ensure proper coverage and success of all remaining Advisor Solutions advisors in the territory. • Perform other job duties assigned as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA, professional designations a plus).
- 5+ years of experience covering large financial advisors and professional buyers with proven track record.
- Analytical or research experience within Asset Management, Investment Consulting or Wealth Management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of asset allocation theory, portfolio construction, investment manager due diligence and modern portfolio theory.
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 required, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory required.
- High degree of initiative results oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Highly engaged, enthusiastic, and a collaborative team player.
