We are looking for a technically savvy QA Engineer who will own the quality of our web platform (customer-facing site, admin panel, API) and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Your primary toolkit is manual testing: 80-90% of your time will be spent designing test plans, executing test cases, running regression cycles, and hunting down bugs across browsers and devices. You will work with tools like Postman, MySQL, LambdaTest, and Firebase daily. What makes this role different from a typical QA position is the breadth of ownership: - Serve as the quality gatekeeper for LIVE. - Triaging issues reported by support agents. - Verifying hotfixes. - Ensuring every release meets the bar. - Using analytics tools like GA4 and MS Clarity to monitor real user behavior and detect UI/UX issues before they escalate.
