Role Description You will be at the forefront of developing modern solutions, defining standards, and improving our product quality. - You will shape our approach to Quality Assurance, general testing strategy, development standards, selection of tools and frameworks, as well as implementation of best practices. - You will contribute to automated tests and the corresponding QA infrastructure. - You will compile test plans based on product specifications. - You are preparing required documentation in QA area as well as for certification, production, or knowledge sharing. - Work on modern technology stack and advocate best software development practices like agile, self-organized teams, cloud-based infrastructure, test automation, CI/CD, etc. Qualifications - 5+ years of QA experience. - Strong experience in testing of web-based and AI-powered applications. - Experience in REST API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI. - Experience in testing AI-based tools, including validating AI outputs, edge cases, accuracy, security, usability, and consistency. - Good test planning and test management skills using Zephyr, QASphere, or Qase. - Ability to create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test reports. - Web debugging skills using browser developer tools. - Domain experience in procurement/category management/category strategy tools is a plus. - Experience in security, load, regression testing. - Good understanding of ISTQB Foundation Level concepts. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. We are looking for a technically savvy QA Engineer who will own the quality of our web platform (customer-facing site, admin panel, API) and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Your primary toolkit is manual testing: 80-90% of your time will be spent designing test plans, executing test cases, running regression cycles, and hunting down bugs across browsers and devices. You will work with tools like Postman, MySQL, LambdaTest, and Firebase daily. What makes this role different from a typical QA position is the breadth of ownership: - Serve as the quality gatekeeper for LIVE. - Triaging issues reported by support agents. - Verifying hotfixes. - Ensuring every release meets the bar. - Using analytics tools like GA4 and MS Clarity to monitor real user behavior and detect UI/UX issues before they escalate.
