• Edit long-form founder interviews and podcasts. • Create short-form videos for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. • Add captions, motion graphics, music, and branding. • Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats. • Ensure videos are polished, engaging, and optimized for each platform. • Organize and manage video assets. • Work closely with the Content Creator to publish content consistently.
Job Requirements
- Strong video editing skills.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media trends.
- Creative eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual design.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Interest in startups, AI, and technology is a plus.
- Portfolio of edited videos is required.
