Account Manager
Red Hat
• Serve as Red Hat’s sales leader for selected accounts and Telco domains • Lead and influence a team of Solution Architects, Delivery Executives, Services Managers, and Support Associates • Shape and negotiate complex, multi-country transformational deals • Develop and implement multi-year account strategies • Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with key executives • Foster growth in deal size and act as an expert on commercial arrangements • Partner with marketing, operations, and partner teams to improve internal standards
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of the French telecommunications market, including Orange, Bouygues, and the Iliad Group
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, international sales cycles
- Established relationships with senior executives
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills in French and English
- Strong character and political savvy to operate effectively within large organizations
- Commitment to continuous learning, mentoring, and developing the account team
