Role Description AIRS Medical is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Manager to oversee the management and execution of high-volume commercial agreements. - Contract Lifecycle Management & Execution - Workflow Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume commercial agreements (including NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments). - Triage & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract intake, routing complex legal edits to Legal counsel and financial discrepancies to Finance operations. - Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous record-keeping within our CRM system, ensuring all metadata fields (e.g., expiration dates, auto-renewal clauses, financial obligations, etc.) are highly accurate. - Process Optimization & System Administration - Salesforce Administration: Act as the internal administrator for our CRM platform, by maintaining and updating customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data within Salesforce to ensure a "single source of truth." - Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the current intake-to-execution pipeline and implement system enhancements or automated workflows to reduce contract turnaround time. - Reporting & Analytics - KPI Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards tracking operational metrics such as contract cycle times, bottleneck stages, and contract volumes by territory/regions. - Proactive Obligations Tracking: Generate monthly and quarterly reports highlighting upcoming contract expirations, renewals, opt-out deadlines, and price-escalation triggers. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field. - Years of Experience: 4+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or commercial deal desk operations (preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment). - System Expertise: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Core Competencies: - Contractual Literacy: Strong foundational understanding of standard commercial legal terms (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability, termination for convenience, data privacy). - Data Fluency: Exceptional proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to analyze contract data, construct pivot tables, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. - Cross-Functional Communication: Proven track record of managing competing priorities from aggressive Sales teams, meticulous Legal teams, and risk-averse Finance teams. - Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to independently steer process-improvement projects from concept to completion.
