Description mission Vos missions au service de l'économie française : - Vous êtes l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des managers pour les besoins en recrutement sur votre portefeuille. - Vous faites la préparation des recrutements stagiaires et alternants, notamment en rédigeant les annonces en relation avec les Managers des directions concernées. - Vous créez les offres sur l'ATS et les diffusez sur les sites appropriés aux besoins. - Vous faites le tri des CV, présélections des candidatures, pré-qualifications téléphoniques des candidats. - Vous échangez avec les Managers sur les profils pertinents. - Vous faites l'intégration administrative des candidats retenus. - Vous êtes garante d'une expérience candidat fluide et qualitative tout au long du processus. - Vous participez à des projets transverses RH en lien avec l'alternance et les stages : communication interne, relations écoles, événements RH, etc. - Vous appuyez le pilotage de votre activité via des reportings réguliers et des analyses qualitatives sur votre gestion du recrutement. - Vous contribuez à l'évolution des processus de recrutement en lien avec la refonte du service et à la structuration des outils de suivi et de pilotage (tableaux de bord recrutement, suivi administratif, interface outils). - Vous appuyez la mise en place de nouvelles pratiques de travail collaboratif au sein de l'équipe et vous contribuez à la capitalisation des connaissances et à la transmission des savoirs au sein de l'équipe. Qualifications - Étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou 2 de type Ecole de Commerce ou Université avec une spécialisation Ressources Humaines. - Idéalement une première expérience en recrutement. - Bon relationnel et capacité d'écoute pour répondre aux attentes des interlocuteurs (RH/Métiers/Candidats). - Bon communicant(e) avec un niveau de discours permettant d'échanger avec des Managers opérationnels et des Cadres de Direction. - Grande rigueur dans le suivi et la fiabilité des données, maîtrise des outils de suivi et d'analyse, notamment Excel.
