Tus misión: Serás responsable de acompañar a varios equipos de desarrollo de software trabajando con clientes de gran tamaño. Tu objetivo será conseguir que el cliente reciba el máximo valor posible y que el equipo tenga el contexto, el acompañamiento y el entorno necesarios para hacer un gran trabajo. Tus responsabilidades - Gestión del cliente - Entender el contexto y las necesidades del cliente. - Detectar problemas, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora. - Proponer iniciativas de manera proactiva. - Acompañar al cliente en la evolución de sus equipos y proyectos. - Mantener una relación cercana y de confianza con los interlocutores del cliente. - Coordinarse con otros equipos cuando sea necesario. - Gestión de personas - Liderar y acompañar equipos de desarrollo. - Realizar sesiones periódicas de feedback y one to ones. - Ayudar al crecimiento profesional del equipo. - Detectar situaciones de desmotivación o bloqueo. - Gestionar vacaciones, incorporaciones, cambios de proyecto y otras necesidades del equipo. - Favorecer un buen clima de trabajo. - Gestión del servicio - Hacer seguimiento del estado de los proyectos. - Identificar riesgos y ayudar a resolver impedimentos. - Entender las métricas del servicio y utilizarlas para mejorar. - Asegurar una comunicación fluida entre cliente y equipo. - Coordinar incorporaciones y salidas cuando sea necesario. - Selección e incorporación - Participar en procesos de selección de perfiles técnicos. - Evaluar tanto capacidades técnicas como encaje cultural, con la ayuda de expertos en cada ámbito. - Asegurar que las personas disponen del contexto necesario para empezar con éxito. Qualifications - Experiencia liderando equipos de desarrollo de software. - Experiencia trabajando con clientes de cierta complejidad. - Capacidad para gestionar personas desde la cercanía y el acompañamiento. - Background técnico suficiente para comprender cómo funciona un equipo de ingeniería, aunque actualmente no desarrolles software. - Capacidad para conversar con perfiles técnicos y entender sus retos. - Buen criterio para tomar decisiones y priorizar. - Habilidades de comunicación. - Autonomía y proactividad. Requirements - Experiencia en consultoría tecnológica. - Haber trabajado con grandes organizaciones. - Haber gestionado equipos distribuidos. - Experiencia participando en procesos de selección de perfiles tecnológicos. - Conocimientos sobre desarrollo de producto. - Conocimientos de inteligencia artificial aplicada al desarrollo de software y a la ingeniería. - Conocimiento de métricas de ingeniería y delivery.
