Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant (FICO FI) to lead the configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions. In this role, you will implement end-to-end electronic invoicing solutions tailored to country-specific statutory requirements, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient, and well-documented financial systems. - Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) to implement end-to-end electronic invoicing solutions aligned with country/region-specific statutory requirements. - Maintain country-specific DRC configuration, including defining the Compliance Reporting Framework, assigning company codes, and activating business functions. - Set up eDocument types and mappings to support statutory electronic document processing. - Configure output determination and message control to enable seamless document flow. - Maintain XML schemas and format mappings to ensure compliance with regulatory formats. - Establish communication arrangements via SAP Cloud Integration with tax authorities and government platforms. - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand and translate financial requirements into system solutions. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements. - Ensure alignment with SAP Finance best practices and maintain up-to-date implementations. - Thoroughly document system configurations and related processes to meet project standards. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to achieve successful sign-off with minimal defects. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a focus on FICO/FI. - Knowledge of Parallel Accounting using the ledger-based approach. - Expertise in DRC functionality, including e-invoicing and local reporting configuration. - Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), eDocument setup, and output determination. - Skills in maintaining XML schemas, format mappings, and communication arrangements via SAP Cloud Integration. - Familiarity with statutory electronic invoicing requirements and integration with tax authority or government platforms. - Capability to deliver configurations that support accurate financial reporting requirements. - Understanding of SAP Finance best practices and end-to-end implementation lifecycles. - Competency in producing comprehensive technical and functional documentation. - Flexibility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deliverables within agreed project timelines. - Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
