What the role is all about: The Relationship Lead role supports the Residential/Commercial Sales team in the following ways: - Coach and support a small team of Relationship Managers, holding the team accountable to set goals and expectations - ensuring they achieve their targets and provide customers with a best on planet experience. - Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan with your direct reports and Hive teams - Manage and maintain relationships with a mix of tiered customers in a defined market or region, ensuring their needs are met - Identify customer needs & growth opportunities, engage and introduce relevant Hive team members to action - Drive product & feature usage through quarterly business reviews & connecting Customers with the Customer Success team - Maintain strong relationships with Hive team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support & Sale Support Who we're looking for - Someone with a runs on the board - Proven account management and sales experience of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service essential. - Knowledge of local Real Estate industry. - A proven track record of coaching and developing others and project work - Expert knowledge of advertising/marketing processes and strategies. - Expert knowledge of salesforce. - Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment. - Previous management experience prefered, but not essential The REA experience The physical, mental, emotional and financial health of our people is something we'll never stop caring about.
