• Execute functional, SIT, UAT, and regression testing within SimCorp Dimension • Validate end-to-end trade lifecycle including capture, processing, and settlement • Test interfaces, batch jobs, and system integrations • Log and track defects using JIRA and qTest (CalPERS test tool management application) • Perform root cause analysis on data and system issues • Support UAT and assist business users with testing • Develop and maintain test cases and test documentation • Assist with post-go-live validation and issue resolution

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension (SCD).
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment operations, and the end-to-end trade lifecycle including trade capture, trade confirmation, trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, asset servicing, corporate actions, investment accounting, pricing & valuation, and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) processes.
  • Experience in functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management within investment management platforms.
  • Experience with SimCorp Dimension batch processes, Auxiliary Jobs (AuxJobs), system operations, interfaces, data migration validation, DEX, and DFS.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis on complex data, configuration, and system issues.
  • Effective communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills.
  • Experience supporting SimCorp modules and business areas including Asset Manager, Order Manager, Trade Manager, Loan Facilities, System Manager, Front Office, Trade Operations, Asset Servicing, Data Management, and SWIFT workflows.
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, business process mapping, change management, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
  • Experience using SQL and test management practices for test planning, execution, reporting, and validation activities.
  • Knowledge of major asset classes including Fixed Income, Equities, Money Markets, FX, Exchange-Traded Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Asset-Backed Securities, Mortgage-Backed Securities, Securities Lending, Private Equity, and Private Debt.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Writes, reviews, and implements quality plans and associated quality systems for assigned program area, including documentation, SOPs, training, audits, standardized treatment plans, and consents. - Conducts periodic gap assessments and coordinates process improvement activities to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and internal standards, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Interacts with outside agencies and external contracted partners as required for reporting events, coordinating and preparing for inspections, providing subject matter expert opinions, maintaining licenses/certifications/memberships/registrations. - Collects, analyzes, and reports quality outcome and patient safety data, and coordinates or leads multidisciplinary quality assurance and programmatic review meetings to evaluate performance and drive improvement. - Collaborates with systems teams (e.g., Epic and Ottr) to coordinate creation and maintenance of or improvements to compliant clinical documentation. - Manages day-to-day operation of QMS elements (deviations, complaints, CAPA, change control, document control, training, metrics) for the program/s.
