Lemonway
• Manage, retain, and grow key accounts based in France and across Europe • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and recommend areas for improvement • Collaborate closely with product, support, and compliance teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
Job Requirements
- Less than 5 years' experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Account Executive
- At least 2 years of experience in the payments industry
- Experience managing large B2B clients in an international context
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and improve solutions
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Italian as an additional language is desirable (French is a plus)
