Key Responsibilities Customer Management - Maintain strong relationships at all levels of customer organization - Effectively utilize available tools such as strategic entertainment and management interface to build customer relationships in line with account plans. - Develop strong multi-functional account teams to effectively interface with customers. - Utilize strong sales skills to represent CMPT to customers. - Promote Qnity processes and secure trials of new materials and support exiting product sales. - Effectively negotiate supply contracts. - Manage customer pricing strategically in line with business goals. - Deliver a high level of service to customers - effectively resolve any quality or service issues that arise. - Work with customers to define un-met needs. - Develop sales projects around commercial and developmental opportunities. - Enter and track opportunities using the Salesforce tool. - Successfully convert opportunities leading to sales growth. Business Management - Defend and Grow Qnity Market Share within assigned Territory and list of customers. - Maintain a high degree of knowledge on CMPT product line. - Understand key markets in depth. - Be a resource to the business on Competitive Intelligence. - Maintain a consumption analysis on products purchased and competition. - Be knowledgeable on market trends. - Work closely with sales related functions to build good teamwork, foster customer satisfaction and deliver business results. - Develop forecasts on anticipated customer product consumption. - Create and work within budget guidelines for region. - Responsible for business strategy implementation within assigned region. - Develop a sales plan for assigned territory. - Provide needed data to Sales & Operating Teams to efficiently manage the business. - Responsible for continuous improvement in the area of overall productivity and efficiency. - Effective management of sales terms and credit with assigned customers. General - Accomplish all assigned duties safely. - Participate in regional safety meetings and programs. - Participate in all key performance management activities - goal setting, employee development plan, performance reviews, etc. - Mentor newer employees where required. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials or related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred. - A minimum of 5 years Semiconductor industry experience required with 10 years industry experience preferred. - General knowledge of wafer fabrication operations beneficial. - Knowledge of CMP process used in IC fabrication. - Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time, some international travel. - Able to work from home without distractions and accomplish objectives with little direct supervision. - Candidate will sell to engineers and upper management of wafer fab operations. Preferred Qualifications - Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak to large groups and answering technical questions from experts in the CMP field. - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization especially during customer interfacing situations. - Self-starter, works well with minimal supervision. - Motivated individual with ability to manage long (1-2 years) sales cycles before closing. - High safety awareness and demonstrated personal safety engagement are required. This role provides direct supervision of loan originators, processors, and servicers, while working closely with analysts and collections in a cross-functional capacity.
