Site Installation Manager – HVDC, Substation Projects

• EHS Support the implementation of the EHS Plan on site together with the Site Team • Ensure all Mechanical & Electrical installation activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. • Implement quality control measures including implementation of Lessons learned, to ensure that the Mechanical & Electrical Equipment installed per GEV Quality standards • Participation in the daily coordination meetings & manage interfaces between subcontractors • Prepare and coordinate the Mechanical & Electrical High Voltage Installation activities with the Site Management Team and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure that works are performed in accordance with project schedules & work procedures • Verify installed quantities of the Erection subcontractor and review the invoices • Support the Site Manager by reviewing change notice proposals to establish cost and impact to the total subcontract value, budget, and overall project forecast

Job Requirements

  • Technical education, preferably with a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in electrical installation works in large scale HVDC, substation or Power Generation projects with at least 5 years experience in the relevant field.
  • Strong health and safety mindset aligned with international standards, with the ability to identify and stop unsafe work.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear verbal and written reporting (English required).
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to recommend and approve corrective actions.
  • Willingness to work on construction sites

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker Support Manager to provide end-to-end support across the commercial asset finance process. This role will work directly with the Director and be responsible for managing applications from initial enquiry through to settlement, liaising with clients, lenders, suppliers, and other stakeholders while maintaining exceptional service standards. Previous Australian asset finance broker support experience is mandatory. Mortgage broking experience alone will not be considered. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Australian asset finance brokers and be comfortable working across lender portals, application submissions, document collection, approval conditions, and settlement processes.
