Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in general accounting
  • CPA license or eligible (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting frameworks, and internal control structures across a range of industries and entity types
  • Proven ability to lead financial transformation efforts, including implementation of scalable accounting processes, systems, and automation tools
  • Advanced proficiency with accounting software platforms and related reporting or workflow tools
  • Demonstrated success managing client portfolios with complex needs, multi-entity structures, and varied reporting cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams at all levels
  • High attention to detail combined with strategic thinking and the ability to connect financial data to broader business goals
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee concurrent engagements, allocate resources effectively, and meet critical deadlines

Role Description We are seeking a Manager of Reimbursement to lead and manage day-to-day reimbursement operations, including oversight of a team of three Lead Reimbursement Analysts. This position plays a key role in supporting the Reimbursement and Revenue Cycle function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards.
