Senior Project Manager – Medicaid, Health and Human Services

S2Tech

• Leading large Medicaid or HHS modernization initiatives from planning through implementation • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies • Developing and maintaining integrated project plans • Facilitating executive steering committees and governance meetings • Coordinating activities across business, technical, vendor, and client organizations • Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously • Driving project accountability across cross-functional teams • Monitoring project health using KPIs, milestones, and performance metrics • Preparing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports • Managing RAID logs and ensuring timely issue resolution • Supporting procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination activities • Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and CMS requirements where applicable • Supporting organizational change management and implementation readiness • Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve project execution and delivery efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience leading complex technology initiatives
  • 5+ years supporting Medicaid, Health & Human Services, or other government technology programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $5M in value and involving multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
  • Experience leading geographically distributed project teams
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Experience facilitating workshops, governance meetings, and executive briefings
  • Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day project execution

• The field supervisor supervises subcontractors who are installing HVAC equipment and accessories. • Ensures work meets builder’s needs and conducts quality-control checks on completed work. • Performs service, maintenance, and installation work as needed due to staffing and customer needs. • Assists in all phases of HVAC residential new construction. • Manages a group of sub-contractor craftsmen (installers and helpers). • Walks jobs regularly and verifies readiness for both HVAC rough-in and HVAC trim installations. • Coordinates installation dates with scheduling team and ensures job is ready for installation. • Checks the jobs by phase to assure work is completed. • Ensures schedule compliance completion of assigned work by Subcontractor installation crews. • Coordinates with sub-contractors and office regarding punch lists or repairs as needed. • Reviews sub-contractor invoices and approves after work is complete per phase. • May schedule inspections with local jurisdictions. • Coordinates and completes paperwork for billable change orders found in the field. • Meets Builder supervisors on job sites to work through any issues with installations or design. • Manages all pertinent production related issues with homebuilders in the assigned area of responsibility. • Builds rapport and fosters long-term relationships with builder superintendents. • Follows safety policies and procedures • Other duties as assigned.

RAMs, attendance sheets etc.
