Role Description Community Health Systems is hiring a Senior Cerner Supply Chain Application Analyst to join our EHR Team. This role will help implement, manage, and modernize the Cerner Supply Chain Application. - Consult on comprehensive service line workflows, including current state and future state. - Work with clients to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine system design and testing. - Identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership. - Coach on data collection and system design requirements. - Analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation. - Consult with internal project and organizational teams to share configuration status, project timelines, and updates. - Verify configuration requests. - Maintain relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives. - Coach and mentor associates and support internal team initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required or 8 years of direct application experience. - 6 years of direct application experience required. - 8-10 years of direct application experience preferred. Requirements - Strong knowledge of system analysis, configuration management, and application lifecycle support. - Proficiency in troubleshooting complex application issues and implementing effective technical and functional solutions. - Working knowledge of reporting tools, data analytics, and integration frameworks. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Skill in mentoring and knowledge-sharing with team members. - Understanding of IT governance, change management, and information security principles.

• Lead NPI supply chain execution from prototype through early ramp • Ensure material availability, supplier readiness, and build schedule alignment • Own the NPI material management process • Partner with EMS and OEM suppliers to establish executable NPI build plans • Drive lifecycle management discipline for new products • Lead cross-functional NPI readiness reviews • Develop the team’s operating cadence, metrics, and escalation process • Serve as the supply chain escalation point for prototype-to-ramp material constraints • Identify and support process improvements

As Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist, you will establish the procurement function behind an innovative ClimateTech product and create scalable supplier structures for international growth. - Supplier Network: Build and develop an international supplier network for mechanical, electrical and electronic components. - Strategic Sourcing: Identify, qualify and onboard suppliers that meet technical, commercial and quality requirements. - Supplier Negotiations: Prepare and negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and commercial agreements. - Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate technical requirements into procurement strategies. - Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, lead times and quality standards. - Cost Optimisation: Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining quality and supply security. - Prototype & Scale Up: Support prototype builds and prepare procurement structures for serial production. - Process Development: Design scalable procurement processes, supplier management standards and purchasing workflows. - Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with logistics, operations and external manufacturing partners to ensure resilient supply chains. Qualifications - Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Business or a comparable qualification. - Equivalent professional experience is equally welcome. - Several years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain management. - Experience negotiating with suppliers and building long term supplier relationships. - Technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. - Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills and a structured way of working. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Fluent in English; German is considered a plus. - High level of ownership with a proactive, hands on mindset. - Ideally, you also bring experience from manufacturing, industrial products, MedTech, hardware development or other technical environments. - Experience with ERP systems, startup environments or building procurement structures from scratch is a plus.
