• Build, launch, and manage campaigns- Google, Bing, AI-powered search • Configure advanced targeting, tracking, and attribution frameworks • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and KPIs; execute ongoing optimizations (budget, bids, audiences, creative) • Troubleshoot and resolve technical campaign issues • Ensure high-quality campaign setup and execution standards • Analyze campaign performance -Google, Bing, AI-powered search • Develop insights and actionable recommendations • Design and execute testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate, incrementality) • Scale successful strategies and document best practices • Present performance insights and recommendations to clients in a clear, accessible way • Provide technical expertise on client calls and during media planning • Support proposal development with feasibility assessments and timelines • Stay current on platform changes, new features, and industry trends • Support platform evaluations, vendor engagement, and pilot programs • Contribute to technical integrations (APIs, tracking, data connections) in partnership with cross-functional teams • Partner with internal teams (Client Strategy, Data, IT, Creative, Compliance) to deliver campaign success • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials • Mentor and support team members on campaign execution and optimization • Ensure campaigns comply with financial services regulations and data privacy requirements • Review campaign setups for risk and adherence to platform policies • Maintain compliance documentation and support audit processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field required
- 5–7 years of experience in digital media or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google, Bing, AI-powered search
- Proven track record of campaign execution and performance optimization
- Experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders
- Financial services marketing experience preferred
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or MarTech stacks preferred

• Operate the H125B3 Single Squirrel safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and UK CAA regulations. • Conduct pre-flight planning, aircraft inspections, and post-flight reporting. • Carry out missions in varying operational and weather conditions across North Wales and beyond. • Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism and operational discipline. • Work closely with operations staff, engineers and clients to deliver reliable service. • Ensure all documentation, flight logs and compliance records are completed accurately. • Support operational readiness and contribute to continuous improvement in flight safety.
