• Coordinamento operativo del reparto Booking / gestione turni • Gestione delle richieste provenienti dai canali utilizzati (telefono/e-mail, sito web e portali online) • Puntuale aggiornamento dei sistemi gestionali aziendali • Promozione e vendita dei servizi, in stretta collaborazione con il team Sales & Marketing, ed anche tramite sviluppo di azioni di up-selling e cross-selling • Collaborazione con gli altri reparti delle varie case per assicurare un flusso continuo di informazioni • Contributo al miglioramento continuo dei processi e all’introduzione di strumenti digitali e di automazione (AI) a supporto dell’efficienza operativa. • Gestione e valorizzazione delle risorse del reparto. • Utilizzo giornaliero costante del CRM aziendale di Gruppo per sviluppare la conoscenza del Brand.
• Ensure that every member of the delegation is maximizing membership benefits • Main point of contact for members in the delegation • Implement global initiatives with an understanding of regional needs • Work closely with the Delegate in the region to champion local needs • Propose and implement the delegation action plan based on an annual budget • Supervise training activities • Ensure HR services and partnerships with key hospitality Universities • Work closely with partnerships team to leverage existing global relationships • Produce editorial content concerning the members of the delegation • Support local promotional events included in the annual action plan • Organize showcases or brand events when relevant • Represent Relais & Châteaux at various events to increase brand awareness • Submit bi-weekly updates to the International Director of Member Services and the Delegate
• Management et animation des équipes • Manager, organiser et coordonner l’ensemble du personnel du pôle Commercial et Réservations • Développer la cohésion, la motivation et la performance des équipes • Participer au recrutement, à l’intégration et à la formation des collaborateurs • Élaborer le plan d’actions commerciales annuel du Domaine et des hôtels SFH • Identifier les tendances du marché et positionner l’établissement face à ses concurrents • Développer le portefeuille clients et négocier de nouveaux contrats sur les segments MICE et Loisirs • Analyser les performances commerciales et proposer des actions d’optimisation • Optimiser le remplissage et la rentabilité de l’établissement • Superviser la communication externe et les campagnes digitales en collaboration avec les partenaires • Représenter l’hôtel lors d’événements, visites d’inspection et rendez-vous clients
