• Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments. • Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. • Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones. • Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues. • Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking. • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners. • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams. • Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

• Leading large Medicaid or HHS modernization initiatives from planning through implementation • Managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies • Developing and maintaining integrated project plans • Facilitating executive steering committees and governance meetings • Coordinating activities across business, technical, vendor, and client organizations • Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously • Driving project accountability across cross-functional teams • Monitoring project health using KPIs, milestones, and performance metrics • Preparing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports • Managing RAID logs and ensuring timely issue resolution • Supporting procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination activities • Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and CMS requirements where applicable • Supporting organizational change management and implementation readiness • Identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve project execution and delivery efficiency

• Support our rapidly growing Data Center’s Smart Power. • Startup and lead all on-site activities for large/complex project site work to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, and commissioning phase. • Manage on-site presence throughout the project, ensuring coordination and smooth execution of all work activities.
