Role Description You’ll lead the strategy and execution of monetized learning and enablement offerings. Your work will help expand revenue opportunities while improving customer adoption and outcomes. - You’ll define and execute a go-to-market strategy for premium learning, enablement, and adoption services. - You’ll package and launch scalable offerings such as certifications, advanced training, and advisory services. - You’ll partner with sales, customer success, and go-to-market teams to build repeatable sales motions. - You’ll enable sales teams with tools, messaging, and training to position learning solutions effectively. - You’ll support customer lifecycle engagement by aligning offerings to customer needs and growth opportunities. - You’ll drive pipeline and revenue growth through strategic program development. - You’ll establish governance models and track performance using key metrics and insights. Qualifications - Experience in business development, program management, or a related field. - Demonstrated expertise building or scaling revenue-generating services or programs. - Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive shared outcomes. - Understand the customer lifecycle and how to align solutions to customer needs. - Experience participating in and responding to RFP's. Requirements - Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) or human capital management technology. - Background in learning, enablement, or certification programs strongly preferred. - Experience driving monetization strategies or commercial offerings. - Familiarity with UKG solutions or similar platforms. Benefits - The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $186,100. - The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and work location. - In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation. - Learn more about UKG’s benefits and rewards at UKG Benefits .

Role Description AARP is seeking talented individuals to join our Mobilization Campaign team to create and execute various advocacy campaigns that drive meaningful change.
