Role Description AllOne Health is currently seeking an AI Full Stack Developer to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position. The AI-Enabled Full Stack Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-quality applications while leveraging modern AI tools and platforms to accelerate delivery and improve application intelligence. This role is responsible for: - End-to-end front-end and back-end development. - Integrating AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent automation, AI agents, and large language model (LLM) services into enterprise applications. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, maintainable, and performant solutions that align with business objectives. Key Accountabilities & Duties: - Front-End Development: Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular. - Back-End Development: Build and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and services using technologies such as Node.js, Express, ensuring scalability and reliability. - AI-Enabled Application Development: Integrate AI services and capabilities into applications, including LLM APIs, AI agents, intelligent search, summarization, recommendations, and workflow automation. - AI-Assisted Coding & Tooling: Leverage AI coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, and maintainability. - System Integration: Seamlessly integrate front-end, back-end, AI services, and third-party systems. - Testing & Quality Assurance: Write, execute, and maintain automated tests to ensure application stability and reliability. - Maintenance & Optimization: Maintain and enhance existing applications, optimizing performance, security, and scalability. - Security & Compliance: Apply secure coding practices, understand SecDevOps principles, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards. - Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other developers. - Documentation: Produce clear documentation for codebases, APIs, AI integrations, and development processes. - Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical adoption opportunities. Qualifications - Five (5) or more years of professional software engineering experience after completing your bachelor's degree. - Production experience shipping React/TypeScript frontends. - Production experience shipping Node.js/Express backends. - Production experience integrating an LLM API into a real system. - Comfort with Microsoft Azure deployment or comparable experience with another major cloud provider. - Comfort with relational databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or equivalent). - Apply secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles throughout the development lifecycle. - Produce clear documentation for codebases, APIs, and AI integrations. - Work closely with product owners, designers, and architects. - Stay current with emerging AI technologies. Requirements - Direct experience with Anthropic's Claude API or Azure OpenAI Service. - Experience building AI agent workflows or multi-agent orchestration. - Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or agentic coding tools. - Behavioral health, mental health, or employee assistance program domain knowledge. - Prior healthcare experience with PHI handling, HITRUST certification work, or HITECH compliance. - Mobile experience (iOS/Android via React Native, native Swift/Kotlin, or comparable). - Prior on-call rotation experience for a HIPAA-regulated production service.
