Role Description Vous instruirez les plaintes dont la CNIL est saisie, dans les secteurs du commerce, de la relation client, du marketing, de l’énergie, de l’immobilier (hors social), de l’internet et des réseaux sociaux. - Vous instruirez les plaintes et les alertes notamment transfrontalières relevant en particulier des thématiques numériques et commerciales. - Vous enregistrerez dans les outils métier l’ensemble des échanges et données relatives à l’instruction des plaintes attribuées, parfois en liaison avec les chargées de coopération européenne du service. - Vous assurerez une veille dans vos secteurs de compétence et échangerez des informations avec les autres services de la CNIL sur les sujets traités. - Vous contribuerez à la définition de la doctrine de la CNIL en collaboration avec les autres services. - Vous proposerez et participerez à des missions de contrôle et contribuerez à l’activité contentieuse de la CNIL. - Vous participerez aux travaux et réunions au niveau européen. - Vous participerez aux actions d’information et de communication de la CNIL. - Vous proposerez et mettrez en œuvre toute amélioration utile de la gestion des plaintes. Qualifications - Vous êtes titulaire d’un master 2 en droit, et plus particulièrement en droit du numérique. - Vous avez une expérience en qualité de magistrat, d’avocat ou de juriste en entreprise ou en administration. - Vous maîtrisez la règlementation applicable à la protection des données personnelles. - Vous faites preuve d’un bon sens de l’organisation et d’une capacité à prendre des initiatives, à vous adapter et à rendre compte. - Vous bénéficiez d’une bonne maîtrise de la rédaction, de la synthèse et de la présentation orale. - Votre niveau d’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit vous permet d’échanger avec vos homologues européens. Qualifications - Degree from applicable program of training and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting required. - Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent within the state of practice or states in which Case Management is performed. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Worker's Compensation experience is preferred. - Certification in related field preferred. Requirements - Demonstrates adequate knowledge of managed care with emphasis on use of criteria, guidelines, and national standards of practice. - Demonstrates good written and oral communications, organizational and leadership skills. - Computer literate. - Demonstrates good time management skills.
