The Technical Writers's primary responsibility is to write responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from state government clients. Works closely with capture manager, proposal manager, sales executive, solution lead, delivery representatives, subject matter experts, and other proposal team members to tailor contractual provisions to tailor RFP responses to meet client requirements, company value proposition, and complete proposal according to established schedule. Incorporates and articulates win themes and works to ensure a compelling customer-focused story throughout the proposal.
