The Technical Writers's primary responsibility is to write responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from state government clients. Works closely with capture manager, proposal manager, sales executive, solution lead, delivery representatives, subject matter experts, and other proposal team members to tailor contractual provisions to tailor RFP responses to meet client requirements, company value proposition, and complete proposal according to established schedule. The R&D Director will take full ownership of the Germany R&D center’s overall operation, technology roadmap, team management and OEM technical communication. The role covers intelligent central control displays, ceiling passenger displays, full cockpit systems, automotive IoT and consumer electronic products. You will build a localized European R&D system, meet German OEM technical and quality standards, and drive overseas business expansion and technological innovation.
