Project Coordinator

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.

• Provide project coordination and cost control support to the Small Projects team. • Maintain and support the PlanView project tracking system. • Support the JLL small project management team with project information and cost control. • Work with Project Managers to provide project coordination and cost control support. • Support Regional and Global leads in addressing project and data integrity issues. • Provide support for ad hoc JLL and Client requests related to project data, cost, and compliance. • Ensure compliance with global cost management and procurement standards.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination and cost control, preferably in a low value, high volume Small Projects environment.
  • Background in cost management / quantity surveying, with knowledge of construction works in retail banking and commercial office environments.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, with experience in maintaining project tracking systems.
  • Ability to identify and rectify data integrity issues.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and best value demonstration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting annual capital investment planning processes is desirable.
