Creator, Community Manager
LatamCent
• Identify and recruit animation creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. • Evaluate creators using internal qualification frameworks and maintain an organized creator database. • Own creator outreach, relationship management, and ongoing communications. • Schedule, host, and document Creator Talks, sharing insights with internal stakeholders. • Coordinate creator campaigns from briefing through content delivery and publication. • Review creator content to ensure brand quality and campaign alignment. • Monitor campaign performance using tracking links, promotional codes, and reporting dashboards. • Identify high-performing creators and recommend opportunities to expand successful partnerships. • Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Social teams to share creator feedback and generate new content opportunities. • Help plan and launch community initiatives such as contests, challenges, and digital creator events.
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, community management, content marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for animation and creator culture.
- Familiarity with animation communities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- C1 or C2 English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and interpreting basic performance metrics.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
