• Field sales executive focused on customers to achieve revenue and margin goals in assigned accounts. • Identifies customer needs and applies company’s value proposition to drive sales growth and improved profitability. • Develops strategic relationships and aligns customer and business goals, creating and managing a business and execution plan for shared success among the customer, vendor partners and the company. • Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources that drives and supports high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Develops strong, strategic relationships with customer(s) to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers. • Provides leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement. • Conducts regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and owns execution of business plan. • Maintains and monitors pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience required is typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
- Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market, and the needs of assigned accounts.
- Understands emerging market trends and interdependencies impacting customers; leverages understanding to expand relationships with own customers.
- Complex territory/account management
- Requires developed sales expertise across a defined portfolio of products/services/accounts; applies expertise in a complex sales environment.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may serve as team lead and help develop colleagues' and customers' understanding.
- Has autonomy to set and negotiate product/service terms; plans own territory or account approach.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Develop and maintain executive relationships with assigned Partners. • Learn relentlessly: invest the time to master the NetBox Labs platform, our open source ecosystem, and the network automation market — and keep learning as the product, the motion, and the market change week to week. • Keep Partner and Partner Deal information accurate and up to date within our CRM system. Provide accurate and timely reporting on key partner indicators and metrics.
• Développer les performances commerciales des marques Knorr, Amora, Maille, Tabasco et Maïzena auprès d’un portefeuille d’hypermarchés et de supermarchés. • Garantir la disponibilité des produits en magasin, optimiser les assortiments et négocier les parts de linéaire afin de renforcer la visibilité des marques. • Assurer l’implantation des innovations et veiller à l’excellence de l’exécution merchandising sur l’ensemble du secteur. • Déployer localement les opérations promotionnelles nationales et maximiser les mises en avant commerciales en magasin. • Construire et entretenir des relations de partenariat durables avec les responsables de rayon et les directions de magasin afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance. • Analyser les performances du parc de magasins, préparer efficacement les visites terrain et assurer un reporting rigoureux dans les outils de suivi de l’activité.
• Serve as the primary comp resource for TA, Finance, PBPs, HROps, and TAOps, fielding offers, pricing requests, and unique business needs directly. • Every question you field is a design requirement. Every friction point you encounter is future product backlog. • Your job is to make these inquiries unnecessary by building effective tools and infrastructure. • Validate data integrity, perform data audits, and surface gaps to ensure partners operate from accurate information. • Own the compensation experience for internal partner teams, developing tools that facilitate independent operation. • Intake and triage requests and use pattern data to identify what needs to be systematized.
• Serve as the first and primary point of contact for all post-trip guest feedback. • Resolve all post-trip complaints to the company’s and the guest’s satisfaction. • Use Salesforce for case management. • Own the analysis of post-trip survey data. • Assist the Director of Global Guest Services to troubleshoot and solve any complex guest issues. • Assist the Director of Global Guest Services with service recovery initiatives. • Work with Guest Relations Support Coordinator to review and respond to feedback. • Ensure feedback is properly vetted internally. • Coordinate responses with department heads from which any complaint derives. • View each complaint as an opportunity to exceed guest expectations and create loyalty to our brand. • Identify and prioritize high impact issues. • Assist with projects, as needed. • Other duties as required.
