Job Description
Compensation Product Manager, Partner Experience
ServiceTitan
• Serve as the primary comp resource for TA, Finance, PBPs, HROps, and TAOps, fielding offers, pricing requests, and unique business needs directly. • Every question you field is a design requirement. Every friction point you encounter is future product backlog. • Your job is to make these inquiries unnecessary by building effective tools and infrastructure. • Validate data integrity, perform data audits, and surface gaps to ensure partners operate from accurate information. • Own the compensation experience for internal partner teams, developing tools that facilitate independent operation. • Intake and triage requests and use pattern data to identify what needs to be systematized.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years in compensation, with meaningful time in a business-facing or partner-facing role at a high-growth or public tech company
- A genuine product mindset you can demonstrate through real examples: something you identified, built, and measured that changed how people worked, not just a process you improved
- Deep enough comp expertise to hold credibility with HRBPs and TA from day one: offers, benchmarking, off-cycle requests, the full range of what partners bring to comp
- Active AI tool user: you can point to workflows you've built or accelerated, not just experiments you've read about
- Comfort with data audits and compensation analysis: you can identify errors, validate data integrity, and surface patterns that inform what needs to be built
- Strong financial acumen, comfortable building models, interpreting budget data, and partnering with Finance
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; data is your native language
- Workday experience, including approval workflow configuration
- Formal product management experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Benefits
- Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career.
- Comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events.
- Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.
- Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents, RSP match, and an employee assistance program.
- Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, up to $20k in adoption reimbursement, on demand maternity support through Maven Maternity, free breast milk shipping through Maven Milk, financial planning tools, and more.
