Prime Executive Office
• Own the Co-Founder's calendar, ensuring priorities are thoughtfully sequenced and focus time is protected. • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for meetings, requests, travel, and incoming priorities. • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including speaking engagements, investor meetings, board activities, and media appearances. • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, research, and meeting preparation. • Capture action items, drive follow-up, and ensure commitments are completed. • Manage communication across Slack, text messages, voice notes, and email. • Listen carefully, synthesize ideas, and translate them into clear priorities, next steps, and action plans. • Anticipate needs, remove friction, and proactively solve problems before they arise. • Collaborate with leaders across Innovation, Communications, Marketing, and other functions to coordinate priorities and ensure alignment. • Partner closely with the Executive Office, collaborating with fellow Executive Assistants to share context, coordinate priorities, and ensure seamless support across the organization. • Coordinate initiatives supporting the Co-Founder's work as Chair, innovator, and public thought leader. • Help maintain focus on strategic priorities while reducing unnecessary operational distractions. • Track initiatives, decisions, and commitments across multiple workstreams. • Coordinate board preparation, podcasts, interviews, speaking engagements, and external thought leadership in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Communications + PR. • Exercise sound judgment by providing thoughtful context, helping organize decisions, surfacing priorities, and offering practical recommendations when appropriate. • Manage personal calendar, appointments, travel, and household logistics. • Coordinate vendors, contractors, service providers, and personal administrative matters. • Assist with medical scheduling, financial reminders, tax coordination, relocation activities, and household organization. • Support select personal travel and logistics. • Coordinate personal projects, including creative pursuits and music-related activities. • Build practical systems that simplify complexity and help the Co-Founder stay focused on the highest-value work. • Travel alongside the Co-Founder, as needed, for conferences, speaking engagements, investor events, board meetings, and strategic offsites. • Coordinate all travel logistics before, during, and after trips. • Ensure the Co-Founder has everything needed to perform at his highest level while traveling. • Partner with Communications + PR, outside agencies, and event organizers to support public appearances. • Represent the company professionally while interacting with executives, investors, media partners, and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years serving as a trusted partner to founders, CEOs, or senior executives in high-growth organizations, with experience supporting both executive and personal priorities. Experience in founder-led businesses is strongly preferred; consumer products experience is a plus.

Role Description The Production Assistant supports the editorial and production workflow for journals and magazines by assisting with coordination, tracking, and quality control activities. This position focuses on operational and administrative support rather than ownership of publications.
