• Own the Experience: Lead the planning, design, and execution of in-person and virtual experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and pipeline. • Tradeshow & Partner Event Execution: Manage logistics, creative, and onsite presence for key events, partner activations, and industry conferences. • Brand Stewardship: Ensure every event reflects the Cyderes brand identity and visual standards—from signage and collateral to digital assets and customer interactions. • Swag & Branded Materials: Oversee creation, inventory, and distribution of branded items and giveaways across events, partners, and internal programs. • VIP & Hospitality Experiences: Partner with leadership and Sales to coordinate high-touch experiences (e.g., NFL suites, partner summits, customer dinners) that strengthen relationships and reinforce brand excellence. • Partner Collaboration: Work with the Channel & Alliance team to design and launch joint marketing initiatives with key partners like CrowdStrike, SailPoint, and Microsoft. • Campaign Integration: Align field programs with national marketing campaigns and digital demand generation efforts to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable outcomes. • Tech Stack Execution: Leverage HubSpot and Salesforce to build campaigns, automate workflows, and track ROI. • Reporting & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, share results with stakeholders, and continuously improve based on data-driven insights. • Project Management: Maintain clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all initiatives, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to the sales organization, building trusted relationships and providing marketing and business guidance to drive growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in field, experiential, or event marketing at a fast-paced B2B technology or cybersecurity company (MSSP experience a plus).
- Demonstrated success executing large-scale events, tradeshows, and partner programs that generate measurable pipeline impact.
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into memorable, on-brand experiences.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and partner-funded initiatives (MDF).
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and creative tools such as Canva.
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships internally and externally.
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
