• Execute the global PAM practice vision, service offerings, and go-to-market strategy. • Oversee the P&L for the PAM practice, driving revenue growth, utilization targets, and margin performance. • Establish methodologies, delivery frameworks, and quality standards across all PAM engagements. • Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and in client-facing executive conversations. • Lead the full talent lifecycle: workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development. • Foster an inclusive culture that spans time zones and diverse working styles. • Provide executive oversight and quality assurance across large-enterprise PAM implementations, migrations, and managed service engagements. • Guide solution architecture decisions for multi PAM environments (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and others). • Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for delivery challenges, client issues, and risk management. • Improve delivery methodologies, tooling, and automation practices. • Partner with sales leadership throughout the full sales cycle — from presales scoping and solution design through proposal, negotiation, and close. • Develop executive-level client relationships to lead account expansion and renewals. • Contribute to pipeline development through experience, account planning, and partner relationships (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust). • Collaborate with marketing on content, case studies, and industry positioning that differentiates the practice.
• Deliver expert-level EDR product support, serving as the primary technical resource for internal teams and external customers. • Provide deep technical expertise across EDR platforms, including deployment, configuration, tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting. • Act as an escalation point for complex EDR-related incidents, alerts, and investigations. • Partner directly with customers to provide tailored recommendations for improving security posture within their environments. • Understand customer business risk and recommend appropriate security controls to reduce exposure and strengthen overall cybersecurity maturity. • Communicate technical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Conduct routine EDR platform health checks to identify gaps, misconfigurations, coverage issues, and optimization opportunities. • Manage EDR platform versioning and ensure deployments remain current, supported, and operationally effective. • Monitor platform performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance detection and operational efficiency. • Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to EDR operations and incident workflows.
• Execute high-impact field marketing programs, partner activations, and premium client experiences that drive pipeline growth and strengthen strategic relationships • Own the end-to-end coordination of both virtual and in-person programs, including regional events, partner-led initiatives, and executive hospitality experiences such as NFL and MLB suite engagements • Work closely with sales, partner marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences that support pipeline generation and customer engagement

Collaborate with functional leaders to support financial planning and performance tracking, translate complex data into actionable insights, and develop reporting processes to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Lead full lifecycle Saviynt EIC implementations, including architecture design, configuration, testing, and go-live support • Configure and customize core Saviynt modules: Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM), Access Request System (ARS), Access Certifications, Role Management, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) • Develop and maintain application connectors, REST/SOAP-based integrations, and automated provisioning workflows • Build and tune analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities within the Saviynt platform • Lead application onboarding efforts, including entitlement discovery, attribute mapping, and access model design • Design and implement Saviynt connectors for enterprise systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and custom applications • Write complex Saviynt query language (SQL/JSON-based) logic for access controls, role mining, and policy enforcement • Integrate Saviynt with SIEM, ITSM, and HR systems to support identity event triggers and audit trails • Serve as a senior technical advisor to clients, translating complex IGA requirements into actionable solution designs • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level presentations on IGA program maturity and roadmaps • Mentor junior engineers and analysts, supporting technical growth across the practice • Document solution architectures, configuration guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

• Work as part of a high-end consulting team to deliver product and domain expertise in Identity & Access Management. • As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be leading and working independently on some customer engagements. • Work on the technical delivery of IAM implementation projects. • Help gather business and technical requirements from the customer. • Provide input to functional and technical design where required. • Ensure that the technical solution meets the customer requirements and performs as per design. • Create customer delivery documentation such as implementation and configuration documents, test plans and run books. • Provide assistance to pre-sales activities such as developing client focused proposals, and running technical PoC’s. • Work closely with project manager and engagement manager to deliver tasks on time, within budget and with high quality. • Identify new and existing customer opportunities. • Help create strong customer relationships with technical stakeholders. • Share best practices with team members to contribute to enhance the IAM center of excellence.
